Finding Our Way, Together: How Apogee Is Advancing Women in the Workplace

At Apogee, we believe building a culture where everyone can grow and thrive is critical to our success. During Women’s History Month—and throughout the year—we’re proud to recognize the women across our company whose leadership, expertise, and contributions strengthen our business, our communities, and our future.
Over the past year, Apogee has continued to invest in opportunities that support women’s development, visibility, and leadership—efforts that are essential to our long‑term success and create a workplace where people can find their path.
Elevating Women Across Our Industry
Within our Architectural Services segment, Women’s History Month was marked by two industry engagements that elevated women’s leadership across construction and manufacturing. These included a Women in Manufacturing event at our Cincinnati plant and a Women in Construction event at our Services office in Chicago, bringing together professionals to connect, learn, and share experiences across disciplines.
Apogee was also once again recognized on the Minnesota Census of Women in Corporate Leadership Honor Roll, underscoring the progress we’re making and the responsibility we hold to continue advancing diverse leadership.
Developing Leaders From Within
Internally, our Women of Apogee Leadership Summit returned for its third year, welcoming more than 70 leaders—our largest turnout to date—for a dynamic program centered on Finding Your Way. Designed to support growth at every stage, the summit fosters connection, confidence, and shared learning across the organization.
Building on that momentum, Apogee recently launched the next round of Mentoring Circles, creating supportive, cross‑functional spaces where employees can learn from one another and grow together. The Women of Apogee program also offers virtual Lunch & Learn sessions throughout the year, covering topics such as well‑being, career development, leadership, business acumen, and industry trends.
Strengthening External Partnerships
Apogee continues to expand its impact through external partnerships, including our corporate membership with Women in Manufacturing® (WiM). Through WiM, employees have access to year‑round learning, networking, and industry events. Over the past year, Apogee teams attended the national WiM Summit and cohosted two regional events, connecting professionals across engineering, operations, safety, and more.
Moving Forward—Together
Advancing women in the workplace is not the work of one month or one group—it’s an ongoing commitment shared across our company. We’re grateful to everyone who helps move this work forward, including our executive sponsor, program leader, and other champions whose leadership continues to shape and strengthen these efforts.
As we honor Women’s History Month, we celebrate the women of Apogee whose contributions make a lasting difference every day. Together, we remain committed to building an inclusive culture where every employee can grow, thrive, and find their way.
